CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT:
The contract does not become final between the Hôtel de la Paix and the customer until the bank guarantees are received.
In case of validation of the reservation by secure payment, the deposit conditions contained in the terms of use apply.
Otherwise, in case of validity of the reservation by warranty CB, the conditions contained in the following paragraph DEPOSIT FOR WARRANTY apply.

RESERVATION TERMS :
For all reservations, we ask you as a guarantee a credit card number.
30% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

DEPOSIT :
An amount of 100 € will be charged per room or overnight stay, for a stay of less than or equal to 3 days beyond, the rule of 30% applies on the total amount of your order and will be charged on the basis of the credit card references that you communicate to us under DEPOSIT.
